A morning spent in Anversa degli Abruzzi, officially one of Abruzzo’s most beautiful small towns to forage and learn how to cook Zolle also called Tolle, garlic’s delicious green shoots that are eaten as an antipasti and in many local dishes.
Each participant will receive a bunch of clean zolle and one or more recipes, with a zolle-based lunch at the brilliant La Fiaccola Restaurant. A great site for recipes with zolle is Dimarino (in Italian but translates well).
