Each September Slow publishes its iconic ‘Osterie D’Italia’ guide that lists its recommended throughout each region of Italy. It’s perfect for those who are touring Italy and want to taste the best of local dishes from each region.

The Slow Food movement is supported by the EU and their concept of food  is defined by three interconnected principles good, clean, fair. – that we enjoy food that is good for us, good for those who grow it and good for the planet.
