The ski-slopes up at Passo Lanciano may not be the longest in Italy, but combined with the snow-park’s jumps at Hotel Panorama they certainly attract snowboarders; perhaps it’s traversing whilst looking out onto the Chieti coastline they find so inspiring.  Day Snow Pass €20 at the weekend, €15 weekdays.
